We do not accept vacation payments directly through Dreamday Destinations. We book all reservations through a Sandals & Beaches dedicated travel agent portal, and all payments are directly applied toward your reservation.
Payment plans and automatic payment scheduling are available with no interest and no additional fees. Please let us know if you would like us to set this up for you. It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of payment due dates outlined on the vacation invoice, and to make payments on time.

Planning Your Vacation
Once your reservation is secured with a deposit, we will remain as your ongoing resource and contact for your vacation planning needs. We will keep you updated with info about your reservation, your resort, travel, etc. And we will be available for your questions, and to take care of any changes or requests.
Communication Between Us
Good communication is of utmost importance during the planning of your vacation. The best form of communicating with us is by email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not reach out via social media for important questions or modifications to your trip as we do not access those messages as frequently as our email during the work day.
If you would prefer to communicate by phone, we ask that you please schedule calls in advance (unless you are traveling or have a vacation emergency) so that we can dedicate our full attention to you and your vacation. To schedule a call, click here.
- 46 days prior to arrival: last day for cancellation for 100% refund of room reservation
- 45 days prior to arrival: final balance for room reservation is due
- Travel protection may be added to your reservation before final room balance is paid
- Tours/excursions, spa treatments, private airport transfers, private candlelight dinners, Club Mobay service can be booked by Dreamday Destinations up to 7 days prior to travel. Payment for these services is due in full at time of booking.

Travel Requirements & Documentation
Due to the current pandemic, travel requirements are changing on a regular basis. We make every effort to keep our clients informed about current travel requirements & documentation necessary for traveling to the destinations we serve. However, it is the traveler/client’s responsibility to ensure they are aware of requirements AND to submit/provide all required documentation to their travel destination(s). We strongly recommend that clients frequently check the Tourism Board website(s) of their upcoming travel destination(s), which we have listed for your convenience below.

We make ourselves readily available to our clients on vacation. If you need assistance with anything that cannot be resolved directly by the resort team during your stay, please contact us by phone or email right away, and we will do everything we can to help ensure you have an enjoyable and seamless experience.
